With Student Forms, you can:

How to Log In to Student Forms by CampusLogic

To access Student Forms, first go to the PasPort Student Portal.

Important: Your PasPort access is provided after you receive your official admission letter from the Office of Admissions.Once admitted, you can log in to manage your financial aid tasks securely.

How to View Pending Financial Aid Requirements

To access your requirements via Student Forms by CampusLogic:

  1. Log in to PasPort using your student credentials.

  2. Navigate to Student Self Service and click on Financial Aid.

  3. Click on the underlined title to view your pending items.

  4. Find “Actions” in your account and follow the instructions to upload your documents.

Encountering a 1010 Error When Registering for Your Student Forms via CampusLogic

If you encounter this error, please contact the Office of Financial Aid, as there may be discrepancies between your account information and your FAFSA. You can reach the Office of Financial Aid at finaid@laredo.edu

What Happens After I Submit My Documents?

After you finish your checklist items, our office will review your information and notify you if any additional details are required. If further action is needed, you will receive an email at your LC student account informing you of the requested information. Once the verification process is complete, you will receive a final email update.
